Spinach & cheese dip breakfast sandwich

Hello hello friends, I hope you all are doing well! 

       Today's post is pretty masterful :) 
The other day while I was I'm my kitchen, nice and hungry for breakfast I stumbled across some spinach & cheese dip. Along the way, I found a light and healthy low cal English muffin and some eggs. I have to say I am quite good in the kitchen, I can grab a bunch of things and make the meal into something you think would come out of a restaurant! So, this is what I came up with ... 

• Step one : cook 1 egg "sunny side up" I added dashes of salt, pepper, and tarragon 
• Step two : toast your muffin 
• Step three : warm up 1 table spoon of spinach dip, (30 seconds will do.) 
• Step four : spread dip on muffin & put the egg on top. 
• Step five : Enjoy!
