Hello my lovelies! As some of you know already, I have been on a healthy weight loss kick since the second week of 2014. I can't tell you guys how many times I've tried to loose weight and it just didn't stick, and my attempts were major fails! Well not this time! You guys are probably thinking -"well what's so different about this try Torrie, why is it finally working?" Well keep reading to find out how I lost 12 pounds and counting!
- First off you need to set a goal for yourself, (it can be any goal, ie loose 1 lb a day, have only 1 bowl of ice cream) mine was • drink 1 bottle of water a day. Having 1 goal is much much easier to achieve.
You guys know that I used to HATE drinking water, c'mon it has no flavor, its boring! I would only drink juices, and hardly never any water. Now that ive set that goal for myself, I drink up to 3 bottles a day!
* if you don't like water, go buy a package of crystal light.
Eating right is a staple in losing weight! Check out EatingWell.com , cookinglight.com these websites are a MUST in helping with my diet. Try to have LOW CAL foods in most of your meals! I used to think that eating healthy ONLY consisted of eating salads, veggies, fruits and nuts, no it's not! You can have (almost) anything you want but in MODERATION! One of my favorite recipes is Shrimp tacos with green apple salsa! Its very different & that's what I love about it. You know this and I know this, you HAVE TO EXERCISE!
Don't deny this, for years I thought "oh I can loose weight w/o exercising" Throw that thought into the trash and forget it! Because there is no way in hell that you're gonna loose weight without working out! Guys, it's not that bad! Just 30 minutes a day for 5-6 days per week will do, thats it! Check out XHIT and Joanna Soh on YouTube, they have great simple workouts for those of us who don't have time to go to the gym! Also try the Get Strong, Get Sexy, Get Skinny workout box from pro-form.

Ok so, to follow me on my workout kick, this is what you have to do : make a goal, drink lots of water, eat low cal foods, watch your calorie intake, portion control and exercise and I promise you guys will loose weight.
***Also, you need to remember that loosing weight is NOT going to happen overnight, it's something you have to work towards. Once you realize that, you're golden!
